About Felicity Phillips

Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, I’m a fashion designer, costume creator, and entrepreneur with a passion for storytelling through fabric. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design from the Academy of Art University, where I mastered couture techniques, garment construction, pattern-making, and textile manipulation—all in pursuit of creating designs that feel like works of art.

My work is deeply influenced by my culture, blending historical references, rich textures, and intricate craftsmanship to create pieces that transcend trends. I don’t do “modern”—I do timeless, evocative, and unforgettable. Fashion, to me, isn’t just about clothing; it’s about transporting people to another world.

Beyond runway fashion, I’ve worked as a costume designer for the Louisville Ballet, crafting pieces that move as beautifully as the dancers who wear them. Whether it’s for the stage or the streets, my designs are meant to captivate, transform, and inspire.

When I’m not sketching, sewing, or building my fashion empire, you’ll find me learning French, perfecting my tambour beading skills, or planning my next big move. This is just the beginning—welcome to my world, where every stitch tells a story.
